SHIPPING
All shipping and handling charges are free within the United States. Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. All shipments are sent through US Priority Mail. Expect delivery within 1-5 business days of postmark date. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs or would like to ship internationally.
RETURNS
Try our product for a full 21 days from when it arrives at your home. If you do not experience relief in that time, we gladly accept returns for refund provided that the item is postmarked and returned by the 30th day from the date of shipment.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The cost to ship the product back will be paid by the customer. We do not take returns on magnets that are damaged as a result of misuse. All products must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning an item. This can be done by sending a request through our email contact. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we advise all returns be sent using delivery confirmation.
